Voyages is a journal of life in the sky, comprising photographs taken across the world, and presented in the tradition of Albert Renger-Patzsch’s Die Welt ist schön.
The need for Voyages manifested in 2012. I began writing, taking ‘prototype photos’ and worked on understanding how best to express and present Voyages. I wrote more about this here.
The earliest photograph in the final collection is from 2015, the latest was shot in 2019.
It was my wife who gave me the encouragement and confidence I needed to put this work out into public view. Thank you Sah.
My brother patiently went over each photograph for me and gave each one this wonderful texture and feel in post, thank you MineBro.

Voyages is loosely grouped into 6 series: Civilisation, Company, Gaia, Portrait, Sky & Triptychs.
Voyages Triptychs are still a work in progress and will arrive in perhaps a month or two, maybe more.
Voyages are Equivalents. The art in Voyages is as much in the composition and aesthetic as it is in my lived experience. I wrote about this here.
